Orders and delivery

Customer satisfaction is my main goal. We will work with you to resolve any issue with the purchase. We will do anything in our power to make you a happy customer and maintain your loyalty. Every situation, return or exchange will be handled on a individual basis. However, we do have certain rules and guidelines for returns and exchanges.
· Returns are accepted only if you contact us and ship the merchandise back within 7 days from the delivery date.
· Exchanges are accepted only if you contact us and ship the merchandise back within 14 days from the delivery date.
· We will pay the cost of the return shipping only if you received a wrong or damaged painting. If you simply do not like the painting or wish to return for any other reason, you must cover the shipping return shipping expenses.
· If your order was shipped incomplete by mistake, please contact us and we will send the missing paintings ASAP.

You will receive an email from the shipping manager with all the details about your purchase within 2 days after your payment.
Your item/s will be wrapped and shipped to you within 2-working days.**
All items are currently sent from Spain through “Correos” and by Registered Mail (for both National and International destinations).
Customers from outside the NAFTA zone (USA, Canada and Mexico) might experience customs related delays and might need to pay import and custom taxes. Sunshine Art is not responsible for any customs and import taxes, such taxes are the responsibility of the buyer/ receiver. Canadians still have to pay a certain brokerage fees and sales taxes which unrelated to NAFTA
All the paintings are very carefully and professionally packed.
You will receive the tracking number as soon as the painting is shipped.
Delivery Times After Shipping:
Items purchased on sunshineart.co.uk will be despatched from Spain as the country of origin. Therefore a guideline for delivery from date of shipping is as follows:
Spain: Up to 4 working days
Europe: From 5 to 10 working days
Rest of World: From 15 to 28 working days (although this is generally shorter between 15 and 21 days).
